We connect, and we act. We bring the I AM into every situation we find ourselves in. We must be big enough to claim it for ourselves.

This will be our best year ever, our best day ever! We say it, we set the intention, we hold to that Truth, and it shows up in our lives. We are not subject to outside influence, unless we choose to be.
We make time to meditate, to take our concerns, our fears and our problem within, to that which holds all of our answers. We know that we are One with the Infinite, and we surrender our idea for a larger ideal.

We can spend our energy battling what is, or welcoming what we want. What drives our lives, what do we live from? When we are constrained, we are outwardly focused. When we are inspired, we are inwardly focused.

We see everyday as an opportunity, not living in the shadow of comparison and competition, but as an expression of the larger life.

We are waiting for the still small voice to speak, just be sure it is not the voice of a stranger. If we are fluent in Fear, the voice of Intuition may not be understood when it speaks.
When we believe we are "too busy" to meditate, that is ego keeping us from going deep. It is ego`s job to protect us from the unknown, so make the deep, the spiritual, the Oneness known and familiar by engaging in a spiritual practice.

We empty the past when it is, the past. We fill the current moment with our joy, our energy. We release 'then', and 'when" for now. We let go of the grasp of our expectations, and we are free.
Let go of self-imposed limitations, which exist only in our heads, and accept a consciousness of ever-expanding good

"Know thyself" is an ancient journey, yet we get caught up by stuff, the never ending display of shifting energy and thoughts. We seek the eternal, and find it only within. We look for good, for joy, for companionship "out there", only to find it lacking.
When we try to add to our lives from the external, rather than express from the internal, we are looking for the eternal in a world of change. We must make time for our spiritual practice, to find within that which we seek.

We live in state of existence as encounter, as relationship with all. But we must be conscious and awake to have the I/Thee experience. Otherwise we fall into an I/it relationship.
We commit to a universal truth of Oneness and Unity. And in that, we trust and move forward into a life of joy and grace.

There is nowhere to go, no 'out there' out there. It is always a journey within, for we are individualized elements of the divine nature, which creates without being consumed by the creation. Our nature is spirit. It is Oneness.
When we look outside ourselves for answers, we are in effect. When we run around trying to control effects, we are in ego. We don`t identify with the outer, we use the outer to show us what is going on within.

We must not fall into the trap of being happy for "stuff"- because things are conditions, and conditions change. We are grateful for life, for the process, not the product. We always have more to be grateful for than for just what we have.
Gratitude keeps us focused on what`s going right. It`s not about the cards we`ve been dealt, but in how we choose to play them.

We lose sight of the Truth. We lose sight of our way. We lose sight of Spirit. And it can be ugly. But we find our highest thought. We know the Truth, the Wholeness for others who need support, and found our foundation.

Break the cycle of judgement and love back to Wholeness. At our most unskilled behavior, it is not who we are. And we are called to remember that same truth for others.
