There is a spiritual inclination within towards peace, towards harmony. When we experience the gift of the infinite life, we are at One with the divine harmony that dwells within.
The outer most and in the inner most Universe are in alignment. There is One power. We grow in that power into that which we already are.

Forgiveness frees us from the past, lets us out of the story. It doesn`t condone bad behavior. It allows us to move beyond that moment, and not be blown by the winds of the moment.
Holding onto old thoughts of old hurts is like standing as Warden over the jail cell of a ghost- they`re gone! We`re the only ones still here.
We have tools to work our spiritual practice, to remind ourselves of our greater truth when our buttons get pushed. We don`t blame the person who pushed them, we ask when they got installed and what can we do to remove them.

Forgiveness is a way of life. If it is not unconditional, or it is not truly forgiveness.
Forgiveness does not mean it didn`t happen, it means we are free from the story, free from the past. The event is over, now we are just having thoughts about it.

Our joy calls us to confront our lives. We tap into our joy in the midst of, not in spite of conditions.
We take responsibility for our reaction, we direct our thoughts. We choose joy, we choose love. And what we give our attention to, grows.

We are constantly expressing the Divine Ideals within us. We do not "find" joy, we express it. We "act as if", and the Law of life goes to work expressing more of that into our lives. We walk around talking about how awful it is, we get more awful to talk about. So we must be watchful of what we say- the Universe is reflecting it back to us.

Sometimes it takes a lot of effort to get to effortless. We must commit to our Joy, to turn away from negatives, and look for the good in every situation. Joy can weave itself into every aspect of our lives. But it is a matter of commitment, we must decide in every moment.
This means wanting change, and being willing to make changes. We must let go of negative thinking and limiting self-talk.

Are we speaking a life of affirmation, or limitation? We speak our word, and create our world. Life reflects back what we express into it. Good day/ bad day- same day. We can focus on the negative, or focus on the miracles. We are always at choice.

Wanting the best life for ourselves is not selfish, it is self care. We cannot want for ourselves what we do not accept for others. We do the interior work, because we cannot give what we do not have: joy, love, peace. We must be that which we would have.

Every bit of energy that exists has always been present, was there at the beginning, is part of the Divine Whole.
We are at heart, One. Our path is unique, and that`s a good thing. Yet we must remember when we hear criticism, it is coming from the perspective of those doing the criticizing. We cannot take advice from the turtles on how best to eat, if we are giraffes. It doesn`t make the turtles wrong, or bad. It just means they are right for them.
Peace begins where we stand. In our own consciousness. We must choose to bring it. To be it. To extend it in all situations.

Energy surrounds us like fish are surrounded by water. There is no place where It is not. It is the very thing that sustains and supports us. How we view and react to that energy shows us the life we will manifest.
We must draw away from the negative, that critical voice that never tries. We must build a faith in our own lives that rejects all fear, sets aside all thoughts of lack. We must remain true to our Truth.
